Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, be assured that with your assistance, we will resolve the problem quickly.

Always inspect your shipment for any damage in transit before signing for delivery. If any damage or missing items has occurred, notify Bibbs & Company and the carrier immediately. Save all the packages for inspection.

Bibbs & Company must approve all returns. All products must be returned in good and unused condition.

Some products on this site are non-returnable. After the 14 day period there will be no returns on any products. Only 5 days for returns on styling tools only. No returns on hair products example: shampoos, conditioners ,nail polish etc. anything that is liquid form. Also, there is NO RETURNS on under garments – no returns on underwear.

For damaged orders – We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct and inspected to make sure you are getting the best products for your money. We make sure that all products are properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. We strongly recommend that you always inspect your shipment before signing. If any exterior damage is visible, we recommend you refuse the shipment; and, if there is interior damage, please call immediately.

To expedite replacement of damaged products – You have 5 days to report damaged products we suggest that you place another order while your claim is being processed. (For customer service)- If you have any question or problems with an order please call our Customer Service Department 1-855-807-5916 between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Close on Sat & Sun. (Days and hours are subject to change).

Price Changes  are subject to change due to market fluctuations or manufacturers’ price increases. Product information does change as well, Up-to date pricing and product information is available on our website.

Ordering for children –  Children under the age of 16 years of age are not permitted without the parent permission. If you are not of age your parent would have to place the order for you.

Payments – Currently our CHECKOUT SYSTEM is set up through Paypal which also accepts all major credit cards. (Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and American Express)



Free Shipping on orders exceeding $100.00 or more

Return shipping charges will always be paid by customer. Unless it is determined (and approved by Bibbs & Co.) that a product was damaged through shipping or wrong / missing item was shipped by mistake. Customer must report damaged goods (or) mis-shipment of items within 5 days of receipt.  Shipping credits will be issued on case by case basis.
